Description

This was an idea I came up with while working on the redesign for the Master Barrel. Skully is a spirit with a physical form. He worked in the archives at the main Barrel base. That's where he met Carter (a.k.a The future Master Barrel). The two became friends and Skully has remained Carter's most loyal soldier.
